Come and explore other side of JERSEY CITY. Coach Rob will lead US in
SPEEDWORK/intervals at the Blue TRACK OF LINCOLN PARK.
Whether you want to do enjoyable or intensive TRACK WORKOUTS, come and
join US and work on getting a little faster if you d like!Sessions
usually start with 10-15 minutes of warm up (very important) so try to
arrive on time so as to not miss this part! Then we do the track
workout (varies weekly), and finishes with 10 minutes of stretching.
Enjoy lush green meadows, historic fountain, separate running lanes on
the street, little deceiving slopes, small open gym and recently
renovated track.
Runners of all levels are welcome ! Hope to see you there!!
Running together in the time of Covid requires some extra work. Please
bring a face covering to wear when possible. Please be aware that some
runners may opt to take theirs off while running. All runners should
attempt to maintain 6 feet of distance of from other runners in the
group, and check with other runners on the track before getting any
closer. Also, please don t attend if you are sick. Thank you!
