Co-Founders of Embrace Tutoring and Educational Services. Before
joining Embrace, Mr. Weinkopff has had extensive teaching and research
experience, and authored or co-authored numerous publications. As a
life-long learner, he has conducted research at Stanford University,
University of Pennsylvania, University of Virginia, and University of
California Berkley. He has experience teaching high school
mathematics, reading, writing, physics, chemistry (college, honors,
AP), biology (college, honors, AP), anatomy and physiology (college
level), and organic chemistry (college level). He has been recognized
nationally as “Teacher of the Week” by Carney Sandoe and
Associates in 2013. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with
friends and family, reading literature, and staying active. Mr. Jason
Lamarca, Embrace Educator and Content Creator Jason is a professional
tutor and practicing attorney. He has over 1000 hours of tutoring
experience and a proven track record of success. In 2012, Jason
graduated with honors from Rutgers School of Law. While there, he
published “Virtually Possible - Using the Internet to Facilitate
Custody and Parenting beyond Relocation.” To his great surprise,
people actually read the article, which has been cited in textbooks
and republished in other works. His teaching method uses humor and
energy to actively engage clients in their lessons. Furthermore, he
emphasizes specific test taking strategies, so that his students keep
focus and always know what they should do “next.” Finally, as each
student’s needs are different, he customizes his lessons to target
their individual strengths and weaknesses for maximum improvement.
Jason’s punishment for being unreasonably good at standardized
tests: vivid nightmares about split infinitives and dangling
participles.
