Rosa Oppenheim and yours truly will be conducting another back-to-SCHOOL SESSION, 1.5 hours each in the MORNING OF 10/20, in RBS, NEWARK. ROSA will be discussing the role of gerrymandering on election results. Gerrymandering is the manipulation of electoral constituencies to artificially create an advantage for one party.
