Join us for a FREE boot camp FITNESS CLASS, brought to you by GYMGUYZ
of North Essex & Lower Passaic

will get a great workout using cardio, resistance training and
kettelbell exercises, building endurance, balance, core muscle
strength and flexibility. The GYMGUYZ will guide you through it all.
Please arrive promptly for registration. Class will begin 5 minutes
after the posted start time. Space in the class and use of borrowed
equipment is on a first-come-first served basis.
There will be other fitness and yoga classes immediately preceding the
class. Please wait outside of the community room if they are not
finished (or sign up for and join that class as well).
Weather: This event is indoors and will be held rain or shine.

What to bring: For this activity, you should be properly dressed for
physical activity. Loose clothing that allows for lots of movement and
stretching, but shorts are not recommended.
Costs: This class is free to the public, so there is no cost
associated with this activity.
Release and Waiver: While participation in ALHM activities are
voluntary, ALL participants at ALL activities must sign a Release and
