Come to the mat on four (4) Saturdays for four (4) hours each to deepen your practice, expand your knowledge on modern yoga and enhance your personal life journey.
As a result of this immersion, Janet, and Dina hope you will feel one or more of the following:
Each of the classes will include movement with pranayama (breath work) and/or meditation; and one hour of OMwork (assignment to be completed out of class!).

About the Instructors
Janet Gallo Markowski
Janet Gallo Markowski is the owner of Pearl Yoga & Fitness and an E-RYT500 through Yoga Alliance. Janet is a former Division I field hockey player for Monmouth University; she earned a Bachelors of Art Degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish, an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Brookdale, a Project Management Professional License from the Project Management Institute, and 15 graduate level credits in several different disciplines from Rutgers University and Villanova.
Her passion is using her talents and gifts to improve peoples' overall well-being, specifically through movement and self-awareness.
Dina Hunt
Dina came to yoga in 2000 with the idea of prep for pregnancy and childbirth. She enjoyed its challenges and calming effects and has continued the practice ever since. More recently, after cancer treatment, Dina decided to take the leap into instructor training and completed her 200 hours with Christian Valeriani at Evenflow Yoga in Red Bank. A personal goal is to share yoga with other survivors. Known for bursting into song, she might just sing you into savasana.

20 CEUs can be earned through the Yoga Alliance (16 contact and 4 non-contact).
