In this class, we will get back to the roots of Italian cuisine by creating an orecchiette pasta and two delicious sauces, which are classic marinara sauce and butter sauce. We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavors shine through in this simple yet impressive dish. We will also share some of our favorite markets to source these fresh ingredients and basic equipment you'll need for making your own pasta at home.  No experience necessary! The only requirement is a fun attitude and a love of good food. Our venue offers delicious cocktails and wines for sell that will pair extremely well with your dinner that you and your friends will prepare. We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen.
