DANCE AS IF UCARE! (Understanding Consciously and Releasing Emotions). Join US every week at 5:00PM for a DANCE CLASS THAT WILL HELP YOU DEVELOP MINDFULNESS, improve self-expression and emotional stability. Prior DANCE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED. Each week you will learn a new routine that layers in the basics of hip hop! These classes are being offered by  Bot n Sole, Inc.
