Student Orchestra: Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass

Student Orchestra: Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass (Late Beginner and Intermediate) This is a 10 week group class semester suitable for intermediate students or late beginners who have completed the Beginner Semester, and/or have played their instrument in the past and can still comfortably read sheet music in several keys in first position. This semester culminates in a concert where pieces will be performed for friends and family on the weekend of Dec 14/15th. Prerequisites : Can play C Major scale, comfortable reading naturals, flats and sharps, staccato, 4th finger, double stops. You may also be able to read in several keys, are comfortable reading accidentals, several different bowing techniques, be able to shift and can sight-read basic sheet music without stopping.
