A yoga practice for self care The yoga classes at Selina are designed
to create strength and spaciousness in your body. They are lead by
teachers from the international yoga organization Setu, who puts an
emphasis on honoring ones body and holding space for us all to show as
our full selves. The classes are open level and we encourage you come
with some prior yoga experience. Classes take place on Selina's roof
top, with views of Manhattan and on the lower level, where the lights
are dim and the room is cozy. Music will be played during class to
enhance your experience.
_*Please wear appropriate clothes and bring your own mat, the hotel
