Create balance in your body, clarity in your mind and find beauty in your spirit. Join us for a Vinyasa yoga practice led by Luisanna Tejada. You will move through seated postures, standing poses that will prepare you for the day ahead. You’ll have the space to listen to your body and move at your pace. Class takes place in our wellness space on the lower level. Please wear appropriate clothes and bring your own mat, the hotel has a limited supply. About the lead practitioner Luisanna Tejada started her journey when she took her first yoga class in 2010. She has been applying the lessons of patience, endurance and acceptance to her everyday life. Luisanna’s true want to gain new perspectives on the pain, trauma and loss she experienced before taking her first deep breath in a studio was the motivator. Helping you to find your individual way, in your own skin,is just one of the many teachings Luisanna hopes you will learn.
