-CancellationIf you are unable to attend this course, please contact Educational Services ASAP, but at least 24 hours prior to the event; this is to help make sure that others will have the same access to the event.
-ReschedulingIf you have given adequate notice for cancellation, we can work with you to enroll in a future vacant listing. If you cancel from a class and do not reschedule, you must come in within 10 days to return the book or you will be charged the value of the book.
-No-Call-No-ShowIf you do not attend the course and do not contact Educational Services within 24 hours of event, then this occurrence will be considered an unexcused absence and reported to your supervisor*.

Welcome to a training course sponsored by either American Heart Association (AHA), American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) or Emergency Nurses Association (ENA). Upon registering, you will receive specific course preparation instructions (e.g., manual/textbook, walk through guides, etc.). Please review these resources carefully and bring with you to class. This advance preparation will be very valuable: you will learn more and will be more comfortable with the course.
For ACLS & PALS Also review the Online Materials (instructions on pg. 2 of student manual) & complete Pre-test.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be practicing skills that require working on your hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting. If you have any physical conditions that might prevent these activities, please tell one of the instructors when you arrive for the course. The instructor will work to accommodate your needs within the stated course completion requirements.
