Schedule : 15th Annual Southwest Chocolate & Coffee Fest The world's largest festival for chocolate, coffee, and gourmet foods. 200 vendors of fine chocolates, coffees, and gourmet foods from around the world. Local craft bakers, candy makers, wineries and breweries. Culinary arts classes, tastings, and demonstrations by award winning chefs, chocolatiers, coffee roasters, & baristas. Special Guest: Dr. Maricel Presilla Dr. Maricel Presilla is renown a cultural historian, chocolate expert, James Beard Award-winning chef, founder of the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting and the International Chocolate Awards, and the author of The New Taste of Chocolate, among other books.
