Coding Club - Free 16-Week Youth Coding Program

Join US at the Balloon Museum for the all-new CODING CLUB BEING OFFERED TO LOCAL YOUTH. Registration is open to students in grades 6 through 12, or a minimum age of 11. Club registration is ongoing, so don’t feel discouraged to sign up in the middle of a semester. * Registration is required. Download the Registration Form. [https://www.cabq.gov/culturalservices/balloonmuseum/documents/coding-club-registration-form-1.pdf] * Participants will need to bring their own laptop.  * Participants are encouraged to attend as many weekly sessions as possible. * No experience required. * A facilitator will be provided for each weekly session.  * Participants will learn to code and work towards completing a final project.  What is coding? Code is a set of instructions a computer needs in order to function.  Coding is what makes games, websites, and applications possible.
