New Year’s Eve Buffet at Tamaya

Hyatt Regency TAMAYA RESORT & Spa will be hosting a special New Year’s Eve BUFFET AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS STAYING OVERNIGHT FOR THE HOLIDAY. The feast will take place at 5 p.m. on December 31, 2023 at the hotel’s Santa Ana Café.The specialty menu features freshly gourmet cheese selections, smoked seafood, rosemary and garlic-brined turkey, garden herb rubbed prime rib, baby greens, and other tasty items. Additionally, an assorted desert selection will include cakes, pies, and cookies.  The meal is $55 for adults, $30 for children, and $27.50 for seniors. Tax and a service charge will be added to each table.  Additionally, the resort’s Rio Grande Lounge will also be open for overnight guests between 4 p.m. and 1 a.m. with a complimentary champagne toast at midnight.
