class, “Learn to Meditate.” This six-part series of classes has
been presented around the world and is now being offered online. You
will learn the art and science behind meditation. Each class has ample
time for silent meditation with weekly tips for improvement. You will
learn how meditation can enhance and improve your life. Each week, an
experienced facilitator will guide you through techniques and
strategies to help you learn to meditate accurately.
Our first-class, “Introduction to Practicing Meditation,” will
introduce you to the simple but powerful technique of Science of
Spirituality Meditation.
