Join Open Kitchen’s VEGANLICIOUS! Series for an afternoon of
hands-on COOKING AND DINING AS YOU LEARN NEW SPINS AND RECIPES TO EAT
HEALTHY WITHOUT SACRIFICING FLAVORS! For this event, we head to the
CARIBBEAN, home to an incredibly rich COOKING TRADITION OF AFRICAN,
French, Asian, and Spanish influences combined with the local flavors
of Barbados, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, and more. We
have designed a delicious menu that will set your tastebuds ablaze
with the vibrant cuisine of the CARIBBEAN ISLANDS.You will cook
alongside with Hue-Chan Karels, Chef-Owner of Open Kitchen, and a team
of attentive chef assistants and go “behind-the-scenes” and
experience hands-on cooking in a commercial kitchen. Learn techniques,
recipes, and tips used by professional chefs that you can take back to
your home kitchen. Then, feast on the fruits of your labor among a
community of food lovers…make new friends and have fun!

COST & BENEFITS:
$95 per person, includes tax. You will experience an engaging,
intimate, and memorable hands-on cooking and dining event with recipes
to take back to your home kitchen.
NOTE: As you will literally be in the kitchen and cooking, your safety
is most important to us. Our approach to hands-on cooking classes will
have you slicing, dicing, and/or sautéing your way through recipes.
Therefore, we ask you to be mindful of your attire. Pants must be worn
(no skirts, etc.), no high-heels, and shoes must be closed-toed (no
sandals, flip flops, etc.).
