This is a six-hour retreat but you need not stary the entire time.
Some people come only for an hour or two.The day will consist mostly
of sitting MEDITATION PUNCTUATED BY:
rest periods, walking meditation, sound meditation, gentle pranayama,
restorative asanas, Satsang, and a light vegan Soup-du-jour.
