THIS IS A BEGINNER COURSE perfect for people who like to apply for a pistol permit in New York City and would like to learn the basic operation & safety protocol of a firearm.

This training course is a combination of Classroom & Hands on training that will show the students different weapon system & their basic functions and combat applications. Violent crime is on the rise in New York City. Being able to protect yourself and your family is paramount & should be on top of your list. Knowing how to use a firearm as a self-defense weapon can actually deter being assaulted in some cases. Being trained in weapons will give you the confidence you need to handle armed confrontations.

This course will cover basic use of a Pistol. We will help you make an informed decision on what kind of legal weapon will be best suited for your self-defense needs. This is the prerequisite training before you can take our other Firearms Training Courses.

*Our firearms training is conducted with a Inert non-firing state of the art SIRT Laser Training Pistol. This is a Cold/Dry Fire class only & No Live Fire.

Instructor Bio: Sonny Mayo

Sonny has taught Weapons Combatives to Law Enforcement Instructors from city, state & federal agencies here in New York City. He comes highly recommended & endorsed from most of the Law Enforcement trainers in NYC.
