We’ve moved online! All workshops will be conducted through Zoom [https://zoom.us/], an interactive platform that allows you to participate in exercises and contribute to group conversation in your workshops. The day before your workshop you’ll receive an email with a link to Zoom for your workshop session.    Instructor: Joanne Brokaw ------------------------- Applying the improv principles of “Yes, and” and “There are no mistakes, only happy accidents” to writing, you will learn to silence your inner critic and let your process run wild. We’ll mix writing sprints, prompts, and fun group exercises to encourage experimentation and share ideas.   Improvisor and award-winning writer Joanne Brokaw knows a thing or two about fear. Despite her list of creative accomplishments, for most of her career she’s been a chronic ‘fraidy cat with a terminal case of procrastination. Then she discovered improvisational comedy. Now she leads workshops, performs regularly with her improv and comedy teams, and tries to “Yes, And”  life’s curveballs. Her second book, “Suddenly Stardust: a short memoir of fear, freedom & improv”, is now available from Wordcrafts Press. www.joannebrokaw.com [http://www.joannebrokaw.com/]
