Instructor: Jenn Zopp Come hit the track and the great outdoors as
coaches show students good warm-up and cool-down techniques, as well
as tips to develop speed, quickness, and agility. When the weather is
nice, we will use the track and head to scout field to run and enjoy
the great outdoors. When the weather does not cooperate, don't worry,
you’ll get some valuable experience on the indoor fitness equipment
and even run through the school! In addition, we will use heart rate
monitor technology to track our mileage, heart rates, and measure our
exercise intensity. This coed class gladly welcomes all ability
levels.
