Instructor: Kaitlin Cirillo Join our Mindful Moments BASC group to
help your child learn about focus, relaxation, and emotional
well-being through engaging mindfulness strategies! Each week,
students will explore breathing exercises, calming activities, and
techniques to manage stress, followed by a session of mindful coloring
to practice what they’ve learned. This fun and supportive group is
designed to teach your child tools for a positive and peaceful
mindset.
