Thursday April 9, 2020: Breakfast All Day! Come to camp in your PJs
because we're making breakfast all day. We'll teach you to make a
classic breakfast spread to impress your family and friends, dropping
knowledge along the way from egg science to how to make your own
flavored syrups. You'll bring home some breakfast goodies to have for
dinner, because remember, it's breakfast all day! Camp includes lunch
(except it's breakfast) and snacks. This camp is suitable for
vegetarians and gluten-free students, but not vegan and dairy-free
students. Friday April 10, 2020: Pie Day! We firmly believe you need
to have pie technique down pat if you're going to call yourself a
cook, so this day of camp is all about pastry and fillings. By the end
of the day you'll know how to make a flaky golden crust from scratch
and create fruit and non-fruit fillings. Lunch is included and here's
a big hint: it's pie-related. This camp is suitable for vegetarians,
vegans, gluten-free and dairy-free students.
