advance your own sourdough bread in real time. We talk about feeding
and maintaining a starter, making levain, autolyzing, dough mixing and
strength, the bulk rise, the final proof, scoring and baking. I feed
you breakfast and lunch and take you through the entire process. You
leave with your own jar of starter, a loaf to bake at home, a
banneton, recipes that use up leftover starter and the confidence to
