is a board certified internist, cardiologist, and epidemiologist

McCullough has published on a broad range of topics in medicine with
over 1000 publications and over 600 citations in the National Library
of Medicine. His works have appeared in several top-tier journals
worldwide. Dr. McCullough is a founder and current president of the
Cardiorenal Society of America and is the editor-in-chief of Reviews
in Cardiovascular Medicine and senior associate editor of the American
Journal of Cardiology. He serves on the editorial boards of multiple
specialty journals. Dr. McCullough has made presentations on the
advancement of medicine across the world and has been an invited
speaker at the New York Academy of Sciences, the National Institutes
of Health, the FDA, and the European Medicines Agency. He has served
as a member or chair of data safety monitoring boards of 24 randomized

people listening in. - Dr. Harvey Risch, MD, Ph.D. is Professor
Emeritus of Epidemiology in the Department of Epidemiology and Public
Health at the Yale School of Public Health and Yale School of
Medicine. Dr. Risch received his MD degree from the University of
California San Diego and PhD, in mathematical modeling of infectious
epidemics, from the University of Chicago. After serving as a
postdoctoral fellow in epidemiology at the University of Washington,
Dr. Risch was a faculty member in epidemiology and biostatistics at
the University of Toronto before coming to Yale. Dr. Risch's research
interests are in the areas of cancer etiology, prevention and early
diagnosis, and in epidemiologic methods. He is especially interested
in the effects of reproductive factors, diet, genetic predisposition,
histopathologic factors, occupational/environmental/medication
exposures, infection and immune functioning in cancer etiology. His
major research projects have included studies of ovarian cancer,
pancreas cancer, lung cancer, bladder cancer, esophageal and stomach
cancer, and of cancers related to usage of oral contraceptives and
noncontraceptive estrogens. Dr. Risch is Associate Editor of
the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, Editor of
the International Journal of Cancer, and for six years was a Member
of the Board of Editors, the American Journal of Epidemiology. Dr.
Risch is an author of more than 400 original peer-reviewed research
publications in the medical literature and those research papers have
been cited by other scientific publications more than 47,000 times.
Dr. Risch has an h-index of 103 and is a Member of the Connecticut
Academy of Sciences and Engineering. - Dr. Paul Elias Alexander, Ph.D.
is a global expert on COVID-19. Alexander holds master's level study
at York University Canada, a master's in epidemiology at the
University of Toronto, a master's in evidence-based medicine at Oxford
and a doctorate in evidence-based medicine and research methods from
McMaster University in Canada. He has published on COVID treatment and
has other COVID-related scientific publications. He has teaching
experience in epidemiology and in the teaching of clinical
epidemiology to masters, doctoral, clinical practitioners, and
surgeons in evidence-based medicine and research methodology.
Alexander is a former assistant professor at McMaster University in
evidence-based medicine and research methodology; former COVID
pandemic evidence-synthesis advisor to WHO-PAHO Washington, DC (2020)
and former senior advisor to COVID pandemic policy in Health and Human
Services (HHS) Washington, DC (A secretary), in the U.S. government in
the Trump administration; worked/appointed in 2008 at WHO as a
regional specialist/epidemiologist in Europe's Regional office Denmark
(nations involved in assigned WHO's project were Russia, Turkey,
Ukraine, Poland). He worked for the government of Canada as an
epidemiologist for roughly 12 years, appointed as the Canadian
in-field epidemiologist (2002-2004) to South Asia (residing) as part
of an international CIDA funded, Health Canada executed project on
TB/HIV co-infection and multi-drug resistant TB (MDR-TB) control
(involving India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan,
Maldives, Afghanistan, posted to Kathmandu); employed from 2017 to
2019 at Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) as the evidence
synthesis meta-analysis systematic review guideline development
lead/trainer. - Staff Sgt. David G. Bellavia was presented the Medal
of Honor recipient by President Donald J. Trump during a ceremony at
the White House in Washington, D.C., June 25, 2019. Bellavia was
awarded the Medal of Honor for actions while serving as a squad leader
with the 1st Infantry Division in support of Operation Phantom Fury in
Fallujah, Iraq, when a squad from his platoon became trapped by
intense enemy fire. - Assemblyman David DiPietro was elected to serve
the constituents of the 147th Assembly District on November 6, 2012.
DiPietro was chosen Minority Whip. He has won the prestigious New York
State Conservative Party Conservative of the Year Award 5 times. In
2020 DiPietro was the Only State elected official to receive a perfect
100 ranking. Davids district includes the southern portion of Erie
County and all of Wyoming County. - Mr. Carl Paladino is an American
Political Activist and Businessman. Carl Paladino is the chairman of
Ellicott Development Co. which is a real estate development company he
founded in 1973. He also ran for Governor of New York in the 2010
election. He has been beneficial in the fight for freedom by
supporting Grassroots Organizations like The Constitutional Coalition
of NYS.
