We are throwing a PARTY ! The kind you do when you decided to open a mexican restaurant in the heart of down town BUFFALO. CASA AZUL  will be OPENING THE RESTAURANT PORTION AND WE ARE HONORED TO HAVE CHEF FRANCISCO HIDALGO AS GUEST CHEF TO CELEBRATE THE OFFICIAL OPENING. A multi-course dinner will be offered with beverage pairing from our brand new Bar staff. Focusing in Mexican products and spirits we hope to give our guests the experience they deserve when looking for authentic bold Mexican flavors. A beverage Pairing by the hand of Bar Team lead by Tony Rials and Joe White will be availble for $45 dollars.  Mezcal and Mango Bocado de Mahi Mahi Beet Yuzu Habanero Aguachile (Francisco Hidalgo) Charcoal Roasted Leek Buttermilk and chamomile with pickled Cactus (Victor Parra ) Ensalada y Mar Sardine with Mole verde of Pepitas and Salads (Francisco Hidalgo) Relleno de Lechon Slow cooked pork in the bone with camote pure and rice chicharron.
