You do not have to bring a printed ticket to the event.
IS MY REGISTRATION FEE OR TICKET TRANSFERRABLE?
Yes.
IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN'T MATCH THE
PERSON WHO ATTENDS?
Yes. All Doctors are welcome, but please let us know in advance if the
number of RSVP's will change.
