15th Annual Cape Vincent Oktoberfest

The Cape Vincent Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the 15th annual Cape Vincent Oktoberfest from noon to 5pm on Saturday, September 23rd!  Get excited for: A Beer Garden, featuring samples of authentic German beer and tastings from a New York State winery An Autumn Farmers and Crafters Market The popular Bavarian Band from Syracuse, NY will be performing German songs and dancing Beer stein races with cash prizes A wide variety of traditional Bavarian fares: including pretzels, bratwurst, sauerkraut, braised red cabbage, German potato salad, apple strudel and Hoffman hot dogs sold by the Cape Vincent Volunteer Fire Department on the Cape Vincent Village Green. Door prizes! ** New this year! **Join us for a traditional keg-tapping on Friday night from 6-9pm. The band Doc Yukon (Sponsored by Madymae on Broadway) will be playing and beers from Wood Boat Brewery and Cape Vincent Brewing Company will be offered (cash bar).  Free admission with an advanced purchase of an Oktoberfest ticket or $5 without one. ** Both events will be 21+ only **
