Join us for the Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center Memory Walk & Spring Festival on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Marjorie Post Park in Massapequa, Nassau. This inspiring event aims to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia while honoring those impacted by the disease. Participants can look forward to a fun-filled day starting with registration and a grab-and-go breakfast at 8:30 AM, followed by a heartfelt program ceremony and recognition at 9:30 AM. The walk kicks off at 10:00 AM, inviting everyone to join in the mission of support and advocacy for families on Long Island.The festivities will continue with the Spring Festival from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM, featuring delicious BBQ lunch options and a variety of activities for all ages. Registration is just $30 per person, and children 12 and under can participate for free! Plus, raise $100 and receive a commemorative t-shirt as a token of appreciation.
