Pines Party 2023: Toon Island

This July, the 24th edition of Pines Party will take you to a place where Bugs Bunny outwits Daffy Duck, Mighty Mouse saves the day, and the Flintstones yabba dabba doo their way through Bedrock. Where the Powerpuff Girls and Sailor Guardians fight evil, and where SpongeBob Squarepants blossoms into an unlikely queer icon.

Inspired by all these wonderful, wacky and wascally characters, Pines Party 2023 becomes TOON ISLAND a town where cartoons of all times and humans co-exist. This year's theme is all about celebrating the unique creatures of our island, and drawing inspiration from popular and beloved cartoons. Lets play, lets laugh, lets dance, and be silly together on the most magical island on Earth.

Pines Party is the crown jewel of New Yorks queer nightlife calendar, bringing thousands of revelers to the shores of Fire Island Pines. A charitable event thats the pinnacle of every season, Pines Party raises money for The Pines Foundation, Stonewall Community Foundation and its network of local charities, and Fire Island Pines's own Seashore Defense Fund. 

Not just a party, Pines Party has raised more than $4 million for its long-time beneficiaries over its 24-year history.

For express entry to the weekend's events, please make sure that you pick up your wristbands before the events. Pick-up is available in the Fire Island Pines harbor on Friday, July 14, and Saturday, July 15, as well as Friday, July 21 and Saturday, July 22. Stay tooned for harbor ticket sales hours. If you are not able to collect wristbands in the harbor, pick-up is available at the general admission entrance of each of the events.
