Get ready for an exciting day of fitness and fun at The Mommy Dash 5K, taking place on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in the beautiful Wappingers Falls, Dutchess. This much-anticipated event returns after a brief hiatus since 2021, and it promises to be an unforgettable experience for runners and families alike! Participants can look forward to a professionally timed 5K race covering 3.1 miles, which kicks off at 8:30 am, following the adorable Kid Fun Run (1/2 mile) starting at 8:15 am. Join us on the scenic Dutchess County Rail Trail as we come together to embrace community spirit and support a meaningful cause. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the newly established Terry D'Amato Scholarship Fund, honoring the legacy of Alicia's mom. With prizes for the top three finishers in both male and female categories (ages 13 and up) as well as age group winners, there’s plenty of incentive to push your limits!
