prepare pikliz, a delicious, pickled relish and HAITIAN CUISINE STAPLE
FROM CHEF FLEURIMOND.Haitian-Style Meatballs and Fried Plantains with
pikliz will be available to sample for free. Fleurimond will discuss
Haitian food culture here in Brooklyn and her writing journey as a
cookbook author. The cooking demo and discussion will be followed by a
Q&A with the audience.
