WORKSHOP DATES:February 7th, 6-8pmFebruary 21st, 6-8pm
Herbal wreaths serve form and function…they’re not only beautiful
to look at, but they’re edible too! The Culinary Wreath Workshop
will be a creative and relaxing evening out…guests will learn how to
construct an edible wreath from a variety of fresh herbs, creating a
snip-as-you-cook wreath to hang in the kitchen to enjoy many
season’s worth of sprigs to harvest and add to a variety of
home-cooked recipes. With time, herbs will dry on the wreath creating
a new artistic look, preserving the individual flavors and even
releasing a bouquet of natural scents.
Guests receive all of the herbs and supplies needed to create a
wreath, and the use of all necessary equipment. Pennings Farm Market
event hosts will lead the workshop offering wreath instruction and
suggestions for culinary use. Pennings Farm Executive Chef Heather
Kurosz will send guests off with a selection of her favorite recipes
using fresh and dried herbs.
General Admission Ticket: $22 (+ Eventbrite Fee).
Make a night of it! The Pub & Grill are open for dinner & drinks
featuring farmhouse favorites found on the Farm-To-Table Menu. A full
selection of On Tap craft beer, cider and wine by the glass available
