Week 1: Summer Camp (Ages 5 - 6) - Brooklyn, NY 2026

Textile Arts Center Summer Camp welcomes campers to create and connect with the world of contemporary and historical textiles in interactive and exciting week long programs. Campers ages 5 - 6 have fun creating textile projects with their peers inspired by textile related exhibitions and local textile artists. Campers will try their hand at printing, felting, sewing, weaving, and dyeing with both natural + synthetic dyes. Each week features a different themed project with a focus on learning new techniques and making skills. The daily camp schedule is Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm at Textile Arts Center in Brooklyn: 9am: Drop off at Textile Arts Center 9:30am: Craft Time 10am: Snack 11:30am: Lunch 12pm: Group Play at the park 1pm: Textile Class 1:45pm: Snack 2:30pm: Group play indoors 3pm: Pick up at Textile Arts Center Extended day from 3-5pm is available (registration required) (this daily schedule is a sample subject to change based on weather & project needs)
