Fresh Meadow Country Club [http://www.freshmeadow.org], 25 Lakeville Rd, Lake Success, NY 11020 EASTBOUND FROM NYC: Long Island Expressway (495) to Exit 33 (Lakeville Road). Make left turn onto Lakeville Road. 1/2 mile to Club entrance on right.  WESTBOUND FROM LONG ISLAND: Long Island Expressway (495) to Exit 33 (Community Drive/ Lakeville Road). Continue on service road and pass first traffic light (Community Drive). Continue until second traffic light (Lakeville Road). Make right turn onto Lakeville Road. Go1/2 mile to Club entrance on right side. WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY? We will issue a 50% refund until August 24. No refunds after August 24. If you cannot attend, we encourage you to send someone in your place!  WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE TOURNAMENT? The golf tournament will be played as a best ball tournament which means that each golfer will play his/her own ball throughout each hole and the entire round.  The best score within the foursome, for each hole, will be reported.  Prizes will be awarded to two foursomes - first place low gross (overall lowest score) and first place low net (factoring in handicaps).  WHO CAN I CONTACT WITH QUESTIONS?
