Implementing Mathematical Tasks that Promote Reasoning, Sense Making & Problem Solving

This is a six-session series focusing on IMPLEMENTING MATHEMATICAL TASKS THAT PROMOTE REASONING, SENSE-MAKING AND PROBLEM SOLVING.In this session, participants will engage in solving and analyzing tasks that promote mathematical reasoning and problem solving. Participants will analyze tasks and determine the level of thinking or cognitive demand required for solving tasks and enhancing student learning.
