COMMUNITY CLASSES UTILIZING FREE FLOW STYLE INTERVAL TRAINING:

Strength and Resistance TRAINING
Core Exercises
Upper and Lower Body TRAINING

All sessions will begin and conclude with meditation, breathing and
stretching.
WHEN:
Community classes will take place every Wednesday from 7:30PM –
8:30PM beginning on Wednesday, March 6th, 2019.
