In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are introduced to
align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Geared
specifically toward yoga first timers-- instructor Astrid Locker will
guide beginning students into standing postures, twists, backbends,
forward folds, and hip openers, improving mobility and balance
throughout the whole body.
