YOGALATES IS A PRACTICE THAT BLENDS ELEMENTES OF PILATES WITH THE
TRADITIONAL YOGA FORM. Both techniques combine to help improve
mind-body awareness, stamina, and posture. In the BEGINNER LEVEL
CLASS, participants focus on integrating breathing with movements and
basic stretching, as well as the importance of core muscle
strength.Instructor: Eve Delacharte
Sessions consist of 5 or 6 Mondays from 4:15 - 5:15 pm.
Each session is limited to 11 participants.
SESSION 1: January 13, 20, 27; February 3, 10, 24 (except February
17)
SESSION 2: March 2, 9, 16, 23; April 13, 20 (except March 30, April
6)
SESSION 3: April 27; May 4, 11, 18; June 1 (except May 25)
SESSION 4: June 8, 15, 29; July 6, 13 (except June 22)
PREREQUISITE: ABILITY TO GET UP AND DOWN FROM FLOOR WITHOUT
ASSISTANCE
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not offer make-up classes. If you register for a multi-class
session and are unable to attend all classes, no make-up classes will
be offered.
A handling fee of $25 is deducted for all cancellations. A refund or
credit is available if you cancel up to one week before the program
begins. No refunds will be given if you do not attend an event without
giving prior notice. If you start a multi-session class and decide not
to continue, no credit or refund will be given.
