Our signature "COSMIC YOGA" class takes place under the flowing black lights at Long Island City's premiere studio for the acrobatic arts Cosmic Yoga with Joy Chen focuses on increasing mobility and stability, building better balance and flexibility while challenging the body to get stronger in new ways. Developed over eight years ago when first teaching yoga to rock climbers at some of New York City's largest rock climbing gyms, our style of yoga is alignment based, therapeutically informed and challenging at every level. This class is appropriate for beginners to "advanced' yogis. First class free! Yoga mats are provided for student use for free.
