"Data Management Automation with Kubernetes and Trident"
Kubernetes is a simple but powerful enabler of automation, multi-cloud
deployments, development, and application portability. We’ll be
discussing key data management issues Kubernetes solves and how
NetApp’s opensource tool, Trident, extends powerful data management
features to any microservices environment to simplify persistence,
provisioning, replication and data protection.
Bio: Bryan lives to be a devops plumber that keeps data assets
liquid, moving from Edge-to-Core-to-cloud. A veteran of startup
companies and major systems companies alike, Bryan has spent his 24
years career bridging the IT and Development worlds with a focus on
modern design. Bryan currently works for Network Appliance as a devops
and AI architect helping fortune 1000 companies bridge the gap between
public cloud, IT, and development. When not helping companies take
advantage of automation at NetApp, Bryan blows stuff up on his Hobby
farm and likes to game.
