Chinese internal martial arts provide a deep and sustaining foundation
for explorations into superconscious awareness. In this five-session
program, T’ai Chi Alchemy integrates ancient Chinese wisdom with the
seminal work of Martin Buber and Ken Wilber and brings it all into the
lived life.
It provides effective tools for body-mind-spirit integration that
takes us well beyond the limitations of the conscious mind toward
developing:
Calm, clear mind
Graceful, supple movement
Rooting, energetic connection with earth
Soft, effortless power
Transformational states of awareness
Authentic, soul-to-soul meeting
Classes will combine movement with discussion and empirical testing to
ground new information in felt experience.
