However, the emerging answer appears to be structuring the company as a "network of small, nimble teams that work in agile and iterative ways."  In this dynamic and interactive presentation, participants will explore how team coaching can help companies make the important shift to this new team-based way of working that challenges the predominant 100+ year old model of "scaling for efficiency" to an emerging model of "scaling to learn."    Team coaching is distinct from team training or team building.  While team coaching may incorporate training and team building as part of its process, what differentiates team coaching is that the team coach provides a supportive context to both support and challenge a group to grow and increase performance over time.
