Venezuela-born and New York City-raised singer-dancer Barbara Martinez
is a flamenco artist with serious chops. The Philadelphia Inquirer
called her voice “achingly beautiful” and The New York Times said
she makes “something fresh of the Latino style.” Martinez has
danced with the Metropolitan Opera in shows like Carmen and La
Traviata, and recently appeared in the documentary Sobre Las Olas —
A Story of Flamenco in the U.S. Now, this passionate entertainer is
coming to the stage at Club Bonafide in New York City.
