ELDOA 3 IS A CONTINUATION IN THE 6 PART ELDOA CERTIFICATION PROGRAM.
In ELDOA 3 EXERCISES FOR THE SHOULDER COMPLEX, rib cage and hip will
be taught as well as a review of the ELDOA FOR THE SPINE FROM SEMINARS
1 AND 2. This seminar includes in depth lectures on anatomy of the
joints used in these ELDOA, biotensegrity and a review of the lecture
material from ELDOA 1 + 2.This course is recommended for physical
therapists, athletic trainers, yoga and pilates instructors.
***The location of this event is still tentative. Based on the amount
of registrants, this event maybe be moved to a larger venue to
accommodate safe social distancing practices.****
Face masks will be required throughout the duration of the course in
accordance with CDC guidelines. If and when possible workout classes
will be held outdoors.
We recommend participants bring their own water, meals and workout
mats.
