learn STRETCHING TECHNIQUES AND COME AWAY WITH A BETTER UNDERSTANDING
OF THE IMPORTANCE OF STRETCHING PRE- and post-race.Please bring your
own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, one will be provided at
the NYRR RUNCENTER.
