PALATE.Father’s Day Brunch is prepared by Executive Chef Ben Zwicker
to include a palatable variety of classic steakhouse fare. Using
certified black angus meat seasoned with kosher salt and pepper, the
steak bar includes Filet Mignon, Aged NY Strip Steak and Prime Aged
Bone in Rib Eye. Delicious entrees also include Cavatelli
“Antonucci” which is a veal ragout, Chicken Milanese includes
chopped salad with lemon, and Chilean Sea Bass with bok choy, ginger
and soy glaze. Finish with a shareable dessert sized to serve two to
three guests. The delightful dessert menu includes a Strawberry or
Chocolate Sunday, Banana Parfait Mille Feuilles or Warm Apple Crisp.
