Q: What’s Included? A: Our cooking classes feature one-on-one
instruction, 3-course meal including wine, use of aprons and all
equipment needed to cook and the inside scoop (including recipes) to
some of NYC’s best dishes! Q: How long are your classes? A: Classes
typically last 2 – 2.5 hours and food is served at the end. Q: What
should I bring and wear? A: Just bring yourself! We supply aprons,
cooking tools, and of course, all the food! Please wear comfortable
shoes and clothing and tie back any long hair. Q: Will you provide me
with the recipes? A: Yes! You will receive a copy of recipes for all
