spring and summer. Go beyond basic fresh pasta to explore how to make
restaurant style pasta dishes at home. Practice techniques and learn
new recipes under the guidance of our experienced chef and enjoy
generous portions of everything you make, along with wine pairings.
Sample Menu: Pasta Dough from Scratch Lemon Ricotta Ravioli with Fresh
Bursting Tomatoes and Basil Sauce Fresh Linguine with Asparagus and
Peas, Torn Herbs and Parmesan Market Greens with a Dijon Vinaigrette
Complimentary Wine Pairings Please note: Classes are hosted in
instructor's apartment. This is a residential location. We supply
aprons, cooking tools, and of course, all the food! Please wear
comfortable shoes and clothing and tie back any long hair. Students
will receive a copy of recipes for all of the dishes made in class via
email after class.
