The Centuries Trio

THE CENTURIES TRIO presents an adventurous reimagining of the classic piano trio, replacing violin and cello with ELECTRIC GUITAR and CELLO DA SPALLA for a bold 21st-century sound world.Featuring ARTIE DIBBLE , GENE PRITSKER , and JAI JEFFRYES , the ensemble performs music spanning five centuries — from Bach and Mozart to Thelonious Monk and contemporary premieres. The program includes new works by Aaron Alter, Seth Boustead, Gene Pritsker, Carolyn Steinberg, and the winner of the 2nd Annual Sean Satin Guitar Composition Prize PARAMES PIPATTANASUPORN . Premieres include Pritsker’s _Inspired By Gnawa_ , Steinberg’s _Laudatio_ , Aaron Alter’s _Fantasy on Arioso_ , and a modern take on Mozart’s _Andante cantabile_ .
