Studies have shown that DANCE MAINTAINS CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS,
enhances emotional well-being, strengthens weight-bearing bones, and
slows loss of bone mass. This gentle DANCE CLASS IS SPECIFICALLY
DESIGNED FOR OLDER ADULTS WITH OR WITHOUT PREVIOUS DANCE EXPERIENCE.
The CLASS BEGINS WITH A GENTLE WARM-up session that is done while both
standing and sitting.Instructor: Oleg Trebunski
Sessions are 5 or 6 Mondays from 10:30 - 11:30 am.
Each session is limited to 10 participants.
SESSION 1: January 6, 13, 20; February 3, 10 (except January 27)
SESSION 2: March 2, 9, 16, 30; April 13, 20 (except March 23, April
6)
SESSION 3: May 4, 11, 18; June 1, 8, 15 (except May 25)
PREREQUISITE: PHYSICIAN CONSENT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS
CLASS.

PLEASE NOTE:
We do not offer make-up classes. If you register for a multi-class
session and are unable to attend all classes, no make-up classes will
be offered.
A handling fee of $25 is deducted for all cancellations. A refund or
credit is available if you cancel up to one week before the program
begins. No refunds will be given if you do not attend an event without
giving prior notice. If you start a multi-session class and decide not
to continue, no credit or refund will be given.
